You will learn how to connect with their energy, invite their presence, and work with specific points to help release stored emotions and restore flow. This class is a guided, heart-centered experience that deepens your awareness, strengthens your connection, and supports confident, grounded practice.

  • These live, guided classes offer a structured, step-by-step journey into energy work and personal growth. Each level is experienced through meditation, visualization, and hands-on techniques that support the release of stored emotional patterns. As you move through the steps, your awareness deepens and your confidence in working with energy gently expands.

    Integrated Energy Therapy® is offered in three levels—Basic, Intermediate, and Advanced—each building upon the next.
    Basic introduces energy awareness and clearing techniques.
    Intermediate deepens your ability to release patterns and strengthen intuitive connection.
    Advanced expands your skills, allowing you to work more confidently and support others on their healing journey.
